Our founder entered real estate and found that trustworthy, end-to-end guidance was harder to find than the property itself. Many firms focused only on ultra-high-net-worth clients; others offered disconnected advice, limited transparency, or an outdated process.
That experience inspired Fines Group. Today, we help local and international investors evaluate short-term rentals, long-term single-family and multifamily holdings, and fix-and-flip projects across South Florida.
We combine current data and disciplined analysis with the human judgment every deal deserves. The goal is simple: help clients understand the strategy, pressure-test the assumptions, coordinate the right professionals, and move into real estate investing with a clearer plan.
